Untitled – Saphya Council

Saphya Council (Original)

Picking up the pieces of my wounded pride
It’s my turn again to cry
Portals closed, my heart torn open
It shattered into a billion pieces
Tentacles whip at the light
Blood rain sopping my skin self
My clothes get lost in the midst of a run
In an escape from another rejection:
“I’m sorry but let’s be friends”
Rolling around in the dirt of my grave,
I made for myself to live, to sleep
To rot, to weep
Droplets left with bits of my soul
A sigh, a tear and once I put on my mask
I must go out again and pretend
I will survive

Me hago vivir, dormir
Arraigar, llorar
Suspiros y lágrimas previas a mi fachada
He de intentarlo de nuevo y fingir
Que sobreviviré.
